Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install zlib

zlib is compatible with built-in CMake targets:

find_package(ZLIB REQUIRED)

target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE ZLIB::ZLIB)

zlib provides pkg-config modules:
