Usage
The package isal is compatible with built-in CMake targets:
FIND_PACKAGE(isal REQUIRED)
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(main PRIVATE ISAL::isa-l) for static linkage or
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(main PRIVATE ISAL::isal) for dynamic linkage
